My birthday reward disappeared and it was good until the end of the month

I had a 10% off birthday reward for January 2019. I was just about to use it and it's gone. It did NOT expire. I cannot locate it in my account. What can I do? I think what may have happened was that my wife, thinking our BB account was under my email, when it was under hers (I was supposed to change it to mine), made her own account under her email address.. Because she entered her own birthdate, maybe my certificate was overridden? It doesn't make sense, though, because all of my purchase history is still showing up under her email address. All I want to know is, how do I get my reward back?

I watn to mention that I don't think the item is excluded because I tried putting in my cart last week and the 10% off worked. Now, I'm just seeing that it states that I have no available offers.

Welcome and thank you for being a My Best Buy member. Having a birthday coupon offer would be exciting! These offers are typically valid for the entire month, so it's odd you wouldn't still be seeing it, especially as they're tied to the My Best Buy membership, not an email address.
