A member being able to monitor their own rewards account is a major aspect of the My Best Buy™ program. I probably login to my own rewards account every other day out of habit. An error while trying to reset the password usually points to there not being an active BestBuy.com account. While the rewards account might be active, the BestBuy.com account might not be. Your rewards account would need to be linked to a BestBuy.com account in-order to access any points or certificates.
That is a quick fix though. We would just need to create a new BestBuy.com account. Before I can do anything else though, I will need to gather some additional information from you.
