It's nice to be able to pull up your old purchases in your account, just in case you need to reference them in the future. I can understand wanting to see if there is any way to get them to work for you. I would be happy to check into this for you. To get started, please send a Private Message with your full name, email address, member ID, and phone number, and an example of an order number or Customer Service Pin from an in-store purchase that is not showing up for you.
