My Products

I purchased a new laptop and a few other items from Best Buy in Paducah KY

 

I went into my account and im not seeing them listed under my products or purchases. Is there any way to fix this?

A laptop could yield a fair amount of points, so I can understand wanting to make sure it is attached to your rewards account.  Each point counts when trying to reach that next certificate.  Do you see a rewards account ID number displayed on your receipt?  If not, then it could be that the purchase is not attached to your rewards account.  There is a tool on BestBuy.com where our members can report purchases that might be "missing" from their rewards account. I have used that tool on several occasions to report my own purchases.  I have provided a link to a guide below that will walk you through that process.

 

If there is a rewards account ID number on the receipt, then it could be that you have more than one rewards account.  It is rather common for a member to at some point end up with multiple rewards accounts.  A few years ago, I had three rewards accounts of my own.  That can be easily fixed with a merge.  Any points or certificates in the secondary rewards account would transfer over to the primary rewards account following the merge.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below, by clicking on the blue button found in my signature, and I will take a closer look at your rewards account.
