Dear Bestbuy Support,
Here is the my Member ID: {removed per forum guidelines}
I returned an item on 03/22/22 ({removed per forum guidelines}) and puchased it back via EMI. This return has put Negative Rewards balance (-2834) on my account.
So any points that I am earninig now is NOT being applied on my account due to this negative balance. This was confirned by the BestBuy Store manager. I have called customer service many times and they are not able to resolve this issue nor allow me to speak to a supervisor.
This forum is my last attempt to get this corrected, please remove the incorrect negative reward balance from my account.
