My Best Buy Points, Gamers Club Membership & elite Plus membership was missing !

Hello,

 

When I visited the site of Best Buy today, My Best Buy Points that existed yesterday was missing.

Also Gamers Club's qualifications are gone, and eliteplus credentials were not.

 

Please tell me about urgent situation check and future response.

Thank you for your reply.

 

I grasp the current situation.

However, if you say that multiple purchases are bad on the terms, you do not want to be able to purchase on the system.

(I think that it was like that in B & H.)

 

I would like to improve the system.
