My Best Buy Mystery Reward email not working.

I get the message “We're Sorry Your reward details are not available right now. Please try again later."

I’ve waited quite a while and it still does not work. I can’t complain for the free money, honestly. But I rarely get these emails from BB and the moment I get one, it just doesn’t work. Thanks in advance.
