My Best Buy Mobile - missing points after upgrade

I hope someone can assist me with this. There was an offer for 1,250 points before I completed purchasing/upgrading a phone in My Best Buy Mobile. The offer is now gone from that screen and I dont see any new points. Please advise and thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out! With installment billing being the most popular option for mobile phone purchases these days, customers don't typically receive points or rewards for their phone purchases. This is because points are only awarded for pre-tax totals, and with installment billing, typically only the tax is paid at the time of purchase. 

With that said, our My Best Buy Mobile program is a fantastic way to receive rewards for a purchase you may not otherwise. Provided you registered for the program prior to April of this year, you should qualify for the $25 certificate. From April on, customers new to the program are to receive a free accessory coupon. 

When receiving the $25 certificate, you must first register and make a qualifying purchase, and then upon your next qualifying purchase, you receive the reward in 15-20 days. If this was a qualifying purchase, your certificate should post within 15-20 days.
