I supplied them with a copy of the email I received with the offer. After that, it was approved.

Is there any way for you to share a copy of that on this thread?  You can delete/hide personal information of course - I'm just trying to see what exactly I'll need to share to get this taken care of once and for all.  Thank you so much!  A light at the end of the tunnel.

There is no way to share that on here. It came in my email January 11th and was entitled “the my Best Buy terms are changing” and the offer was within that email. You had to click activate to use it.
