My Best Buy Card $100 certificate offer when you apply, are approved and spend $100

Opened My Best Buy CC on 01/13 and made $2k purchase on it on 01/14.
Then, in 2 weeks when I did not receive the $100 and I called 888-237-8289 and was told "it takes 2-3 weeks. please for another week".
Then called 888 in a week and was told "you have to wait for 2-3 weeks from 02/13, the offer end day as it said in the offer". By the way, in the offer it was not really said so clearly. Ok, was waiting.
Then, I called 800 in 2 weeks from 2/13 and was told "call us in 2 days if do not receive the $100".
Then, I called 888 in 2 days and was told "We do not see any $100 you should received. we did not have any offer of $100". Boom. cool. Then, chated on bestbuy.com a couple of time and  on 3/6 was told "I have checked your order and I see the promotion was not applied on your order might be due to some error as you have placed the order with in the offer period and your order was eligible to get the promotion. I have escalated your order details with our team I request you to please contact with our phone team who will have better tools and access to check the issue and fix it, as this is a chat platform I don't have access to issue the gift card from my end" and "I have added our conversation notes on your account".
Then, I called 888 and was " I do not see any saved chat conversasion and I am not sure what offer you are asking for . I do not see any offer of $100 on our web." I said "Sure you do not see it becase it ended on 2/13" and was told "then you need to go a store for a help". I went to a store and sure was told "We cannot help you. you need to call 888 number".    Nice.  Not sure what to do now Smiley Mad  Any ideas?

I’ll be happy to take a closer look into this matter and offer any additional assistance I can, however, I’m hoping you can provide me with a few pieces of additional information before I’m able to do so.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:
