My Best Buy CC Promotion - Scam?

I activated the offer, signed up for the card and made my purchase of $807.30 on January 17th only to not receive the $100 reward certificate (I’ve received others; 10% back). I called and they said they’d send within 3wks but nothing since that deadline came and went. I’m so frustrated as I feel this was a scam.

Same I have a bunch of screenshots as well and even a note document housing them all. Smh. Hopefully we get something soon. There’s been no type of uniformity in dealing w/ the issue but the last person I spoke with (out of 3) said that it’s will be issued 3wks after the conclusion of the promotion which I think was yesterday.. we’ll see, but all in all I’m disappointed in Best Buy.

Hi, and no thanks. I’ve noticed others have the same issue here and I made my 4th and final phone call regarding this earlier today to no avail. I’ve since made my purchase on Amazon and plan to reach out to the Better Business Bureau in the coming hours.
