Not being able to locate a reward certificate would be disconcerting to say the least, so I'm glad you've reached out to see what happened to it. Often times, it is simply found to have been redeemed though one's forgotten, or it's expired.
Under our My Best Buy Terms, certificates typically have 60 days to be redeemed, unless otherwise noted. Once expired, reissuing them is generally not an option. We do our best to make our customers aware a certificate has been issued, as we send out email notifications that include the expiration date. As emails may be filtered, overlooked, or even blocked though, we recommend members manage their rewards from BestBuy.com, where certificates can be viewed as well.
