Please know that this program is conditional upon future purchases, so you wouldn't receive the 2 rewards (provided both devices were appropriately registered) for your devices purchased in March until your next phone purchase. Once you make your next phone purchase, it may take 15-20 days for your rewards to post. I apologize if you anticipated receiving these rewards right away after your purchase.

upgraded 3 sprint lines over 2 weeks ago, no mobile rewards yet

i upgraded 3 sprint lines over 2 weeks ago, no mobile rewards yet for 1250 points each. who do i contact and how do i get them?

Welcome back to the forum! If you haven't already, please take a moment to review my previous responses to this thread. You'll see that this offer is conditional upon later phone purchases. Provided your most recent devices were properly registered (which you may check by logging into BestBuy.com) at the time of purchase, you wouldn't qualify for the rewards until your next qualifying phone purchase. After that purchase, your certificate(s) may take up to 20 days to post to your account. I apologize for any disappointment that this may cause you, but hope it clarifies your experience. If you have any other questions, please let me know.

$25 dollars in Points Missing

IU have been in bestbuy twice this month and purchased 2 phones. Both times I was told that I would receive the 25 dollars in points but has yer to see anything. I this  scam that bestbuy tell their customers or what? Has anyone successfully reoceved the credit?

Welcome to the forum! It's fantastic you chose to shop with us for new phones recently. I hope you've been enjoying your new devices. 

Our My Best Buy mobile program allows customers to earn $25 in reward certificates when they return to purchase a phone with us. To further clarify, once a device is registered with the program, you wouldn't earn your certificate until you return to purchase another phone. Given your two purchases, if both were registered properly, you should currently be earning one certificate, and won't earn your second certificate until a third phone is purchased. I apologize for any disappointment that this may have caused you and hope it clarifies the program for you. You may check on your registered devices by logging into BestBuy.com. 

With that said, the certificates can take up to 20 days from purchase to post. Please allow this time frame to pass. If you still don't see the certificate on your end, please feel welcome to reach back out to us!

$25 mobile renewal bonus.

I upgraded two lines to the galaxy s8 series, and both times the site told me I would recieve a 1250 point bonus for each one. and it has been more than 15 days and i was only credited for one of my lines. I am missing the other 1250  point balance for the other line I upgraded. what can be done about this!

Welcome to the forum! It's fantastic to hear that your recent phone purchases were made with us. Our My Best Buy Mobile program allows customers to register devices, and earn a $25 certificate when another device is purchased. 

With that said, it sounds like while your second device is registered for the reward, you wouldn't receive it until you purchase a 3rd device. I apologize if this causes you any frustration. Of course, you should feel welcome to log into BestBuy.com and check on your registered devices via the My Best Buy Mobile section in the Account Overview.

Missing Points after purchasing cell phones

Hi I bought two Samsung Galaxy S7 Edges from bestbuy on August 11. There was a promotion running that said you would receive an additional 1250 bonus points per phone purchased (total of 2500 since I bought two). I have only received half of those points. Can someone help straighten this out?

Welcome back to the forum! It's great to hear you chose to shop with us for a couple of new phones recently. I'm sure you were eager to receive these rewards, and quite disappointed to see only half of the points you anticipated applied.

 

As this offer is dependent on future purchases, it is possible that you may not have qualified for your second reward quite yet, and wouldn't until your next qualifying device purchase. At this time I would encourage you to log into BestBuy.com to check on how many devices you have registered. If you believe you still should have received additional points, please let me know!
