Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us! Our My Best Buy Mobile program is incredibly popular, and I'm glad you've chosen to participate with your recent phone purchases. With that said, please take a moment to review my previous responses to this thread.
As you can see, you would only receive a reward for a previously enrolled and purchased phone upon the next phone purchase. At this time, I imagine one of your three phones wasn't properly enrolled in the program at the time of purchase. I apologize for any disappointment that this may cause you.
I would encourage you to log into BestBuy.com to view what devices you have enrolled in the program. If you should have any other questions, please feel welcome to reach out to me via private message.

On April 15th I purchased two phones. On 4/29 I received one of the $25 best buy mobile certificates, but I have yet to receive the other.

Please take a moment to read over some of our more recent responses in this ongoing thread if you have not done so already, especially Tasha's response here on page 6. While you may have purchased two mobile phones back on 4/15, you may not qualify for two bonus certificates quite yet. The number bonus certificates a member is awarded per the mobile bonus promotion are determined by the number of mobile phones purchased/upgraded and registered with their My Best Buy™ mobile account.
For example, if you upgraded a phone in January and then purchased two new phones in April you would only qualify for one bonus certificate. The next time you purchased or upgraded a mobile phone you would qualify for two bonus certificates, as long as each phone is registered with your mobile account. With that all having been said, you likely only received one bonus certificate this time around due to a previous mobile purchase or upgrade. You should receive two bonuses certificate the next time around.

I purchased a Galaxy S8 on 5/13. I was told I would receive 1250 My Best Buy Reward Points ($25 in Rewards) since I had previousty registered with My Best Buy Mobile. The points/offer showed at checkout as well. However, after 15 days I do not see where this has posted to my account. Could someone look into it please?

Please keep in mind that rewards may take up to 20 days to post. With that said, if you haven't previously enrolled a phone, you wouldn't receive your reward until your next purchase. I apologize for any disappointment that this may cause you. To check on your enrolled devices, I would encourage you to log into BestBuy.com.

If you haven't had the opportunity, please take a moment to review my previous responses. I'm glad you chose to shop with us for a couple of new iPhones, and have been keeping an eye on your My Best Buy account for your rewards.
With that said, please know the rewards you've received would be correct, as you only receive the rewards for purchasing a phone upon the next phone purchase. I had a My Best Buy Mobile account set up when I was sprint, but just made the switch to Verizon. I went in and removed my Sprint devices and added my Verizon device, but don't see anywhere that I'll get my $25 certificate. Am I missing something, or was something screwed up because I switched providers?

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your My Best Buy mobile rewards! It's great to hear you've been previously registered with the program. However, I'm discouraged to hear you may have removed your devices. The registration is tied to the phone number, and not the carrier account. As such, you should not have had to remove the devices under Sprint if you simply ported your number over to Verizon.
Nonetheless, as the devices were removed, you would unfortunately be starting over with the program with the new devices. I apologize for any disappointment that this news may cause you. Provided your new devices were properly registered at the time of purchase, you should receive the rewards upon your next phone purchase.

To whom it may concern,
My wife and I purchased new phones in March and took advantage of the offer to sign up for the MyBestBuy Mobile Rewards. I believe we were told we would each receive a $25 gift card which would be issued electronically a few days after our purchase. To my knowledge, we have never received them. Could someone please advise?
