Please take a moment to read over my prior responses in this thread and the FAQ regarding the My Best Buy™ mobile offer. Here are the key points when it comes to this offer:
1. Would need to have enrolled in My Best Buy™ mobile program on or after 7/15/2015
2. Upgrade or purchase a mobile phone and attach it to your My Best Buy account that was enrolled in mobile program.
3. The above two steps completed in that order would make you eligible for a bonus certificate.
4. Upgrade or purchase another mobile line down the road and attach it to the same My Best Buy™ account.
5. The original mobile would then qualify for a bonus certificate.
6. It can take up to 20 days for a bonus certificate to officially post to a member's account.
7. If a bonus certificate does not post after 20 days, then you may not have qualified.
You can enroll in the My Best Buy™ mobile program or confirm that you are enrolled by clicking here. Each individual mobile line would need to be registered with the mobile program before being eligible for a bonus certificate. If you are properly enrolled and each device is registered then you should see something similar to the picture below when you login to your account and click on Account Home.

I'm openning new topic since all other topics were closed or at least I was not able to figure out a way to post a reply to those.
I'm My Best Buy member since 2013.
So I purchased a new iPhone on 12/10 with store pick-up.
According to the offer fine-print (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/clp/my-best-buy-mobile/pcmcat748300506854.c?id=pcmcat748300506854) "Receive 1,250 My Best Buy points (equivalent to a $25 My Best Buy reward certificate) when you purchase any smartphone" - I should be getting those 1250 points.
BTW, back in July 2015 I have already received 1250 points for purchasing pre-paid phone in Best Buy so I guess all prerequisites for getting the offer this time are already in place.
This is getting close to 20 days since the purchase and also I've seen reports on different forums that rewards are coming within 15 days or not coming at all...
So am I getting this reward or did I miss something in my understanding of the conditions and there is no rewards for my purchase?

Any new post about the My Best Buy™ mobile offer will be merged with this ongoing thread, which is set to read only. There is simply not much more that can be said on the matter. I would encourage you to read through some of my more recent responses in this thread if you have not done so already. You would need to have enrolled in the My Best Buy™ mobile program before or during the recent purchase to be eligible for a $25 bonus certificate. You would not actually qualify for a bonus certificate though until the next time you purchase or upgrade a mobile line. If you do qualify then a bonus certificate should post within 20 days.
I did notice that you were awarded 1,250 bonus points for a mobile purchase you made back in June 2015. Those bonus points were for a completely separate offer. The current mobile offer was not introduced until 7/15/2015. You would need to have enrolled in the mobile program on or after 7/15/2015 to be eligible. Unless you enrolled on or after 7/15 and purchased or upgraded a mobile line, the most recent purchase may not qualify for a bonus certificate. I would suggest double checking that you are in-fact enrolled and that your mobile phone is registered. If nothing post after a full 20 days then you likely did not qualify.

I upgraded my cellphone earlier in the month (December 10th) and registered it with Best Buy mobile to get the $25 certificate, but I never received the points and there is no mention of it on the purchase in my rewards history.

Please take a moment to read over my prior responses in this thread and the FAQ as to how the My Best Buy™ mobile promotion works. You should have seen 1,250 bonus points post to your account within about 20 days if you qualified. As I have mentioned previously, this offer will not award a bonus certificate by simply purchasing or upgrading a mobile phone. These steps would need to be met in-order to qualify:
1. Enroll in the My Best Buy™ mobile program on or after 7/15/2015.
2. Purchase/upgrade a mobile phone
* You would need to have enrolled before or during the purchase/upgrade.
3. Attach purchase/upgrade to My Best Buy™ account and register device with mobile program.
4. Come back to Best Buy down the road and purchase/upgrade another mobile phone or add a new line.
I am not showing that any bonus points have posted to your account meaning you have not qualified yet. If you registered for the mobile program before or during the purchase on 1210 and properly registered your new phone, then you should qualify for a bonus certificate the next time you purchase or upgrade a mobile phone. I would suggest logging into your account to ensure you are in-fact enrolled and that your new mobile phone is registered.

I have joined the Best Buy mobile rewards and then added new line to my account on 12/12. I still don't see the points on my account. I would appreciate if you can take a look.

You must not have seen this ongoing four page thread when you created your new thread, so I merged moved it over. Please take a moment to read my most recent response that I posted about 45 minutes ago. If the purchase in-question took place back on 12/12 and 1,250 bonus points have not posted to your account yet then you likely did not qualify. It should only take about 20 days for bonus points to post if a member did qualify. There are specific steps that need to be made before qualifying for a bonus certificate. I have included those steps above.

I added 3 new lines to my Verizon Wireless account on 12/5/2016 and each time I confirmed to receive the $25 worth of points (1250 points) for adding new lines. It is now 1/4/2017 and I still do not see the points. I'm missing 1250 points X 3. There is no way to send an email to customer support. Not sure when this happened. Please look into this. Thank you.
