I can understand your confusion and frustration when it comes to the mobile offer. In my opinion, it is hard to doubt that the terms of the offer could be clearer. You can probably tell by reading over some of the other post in this thread that you are not the only member to believe they were going to receive a $25 bonus certificate just by purchasing or upgrading a mobile phone. That is why I decided to put together an FAQ in the hopes of helping better communicate just how the offer is intended to function. You can read over that FAQ via the link below.
Once you have qualified for a bonus certificate, it may take up to 20 days for it to officially post to your account. That time frame applies to just about all points issued through the My Best Buy™ program. It allows for the standard 15 day return/exchange period to expire before awarding points. I sincerely appreciate you taking time out of your day to post feedback to the forum. We are always looking for areas to improve the program for our members and the mobile offer might be as good a place as any to start. I hope that you enjoy the rest of your day.

I merged your thread with this ongoing thread about the My Best Buy mobile offer as there is just not much more I can say on the matter that hasn't already been said. Please take a minute or two to read over some of my prior responses. If you don't see that a $25 bonus certificate or 1,250 bonus points have posted to your account within 20 days then you likely did not qualify. I would double check that you are in-fact enrolled in the My Best Buy mobile program. If you are enrolled then you should see after logging into your account on BestBuy.com that a mobile device is registered.

I purchased a new iPhone yesterday and would like to join the Best Buy mobile program. However it seems I was not eligible to join because :"We're sorry, but you can't upgrade yet."
How can I join now? Can I still get the 1250 reward points for the purchase yesterday?

I purchased two new phones in August and was supposed to be issued two $25 certificates in the form of points. When i log in to check my account and use the points they are not there. How do i get these points and use them?

Please take a minute or two to read over my recent responses in this thread. From what I can see, you actually did qualify for a $25 bonus certificate per the My Best Buy™ mobile promotional offer. I am showing a $25 bonus certificate posted to your account back in September. You should be able to see that a certificate was issued by logging into your account on BestBuy.com and clicking on "Rewards History" under the Rewards tab.
The reason why you are unable to access that bonus certificate now is because it expired last month. A certificate will usually be valid for a period of 60 days unless noted otherwise and cannot be reissued once having officially expired. I would like to go over your account with you in additional detail, so I will be sending you a private message. You can read that private message by clicking on the envelope at the top of the page.

You don't need to be eligible for an upgrade in-order to enroll in the My Best Buy™ mobile program. I don't qualify for an upgrade until February but was able to enroll just fine. You would want to click on the button that reads "Join My Best Buy Mobile" after entering all of your information. As far as a bonus certificate, you would need to have enrolled in the mobile program before or during the actual purchase to be eligible. Once you have enrolled, the next time you purchase or upgrade a mobile line will make you eligible. You would not actually qualify for a bonus certificate though until the next time you purchase or upgrade a mobile line.

I have been on MyBestBuy mobile for a long time with my main mobile phone. About a month ago, I bought/upgraded a new phone on a seperate mobile line, I was told I would get $25 certificate for that. A few days later, I registered the new phone with my Best Buy Mobile account. That should've earned another $25 certificate. I have only received one thus far and not sure which one exactly it was. I hope customer service finds this message and can help me out.
