Missing rewards points

Greetings,

 

I received a $75 email certificate for using best Buy card for 5x $50 purchases,My 18 digit Cert. number was not recognized when trying to make a purchase at bestbuy.com. The certificate is good until 12/18/2022

 Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks for reaching out on Forums Community. Did the certificate show up when making a purchase online or in store? If the certificate is still valid then it should automatically be able to be used in either situation. You must spend over the amount that certificate is issued for. To further investigate this matter please private message me, blue button, bottom right corner and provide the following: 

 

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone number

Greetings,

 

I received an email that I had a $75 certificate available but don't see it in my account when attempting to check out. I tried using the certificate number but get an error. How long should certificates take to post on Best Buy account? I'm also seeing that member ID on the certificate is different than member ID on the website.
