Missing rewards points

Hi all,

 

I'm hoping a Best Buy tech can help me because I'm at my wits end. I placed a large appliance order last month which was delivered on the 26th. It was eligible for 10% back in rewards because I used my Best Buy credit card.

 

When I received my points, the extra rewards I should have received under teh 10% promo are instead being deducted under a line item for one of the appliance install kits. As a result, I'm getting 1/3 of the points I should have gotten! 

 

Please help. I've spent hours on the phone with the supposed "concierge" team for Total Tech and no one has helped me. I've spoken to three reps who each promised that the issue was fixed and that I'd see the points in 24-48 hours. Nothing ever happened within that timeframe and the fourth tech I called just tried to argue with me despite having a case # that explained the situation. 

 

Gah! Help please!

Rewards points are one of the reasons that I love shopping at Best Buy so I can understand how you might be feeling.
