Missing rewards points for Reviews?



I receieved request via email to write reviews for two recent purhcases. I am supposed to get 25 reward points per review. I left reviews for Samsung smartthings hub and water leak sensor (as user 'jerrymouse79'). But I don't see my rewards appear yet. What could I be missing?

With that said, please know that these points may take up to 20 days to post just as other points may take. If this time frame should pass and you still not see your points, please let me know!
