I followed your instruction on the website that there were SAVE 10% promotions, and certain POINT REWARDS for the BEST BUY CARD holders you were offering.
As I planed to purchase the new phone, I decided, because of rewards, to buy it in BEST BUY, and I proceeded with the credit card application.
My card application was approved.
I went to SOHO store and discussed with your employees regarding the SAVE 10% promotions, and rewards points. They informed me that both promotions are active at the moment and that my purchase should be eligible for these rewards/ promotions. I clearly discussed if the promotions are waived if I chose the 12 month financing, and your employee informed me that regardless of 12 month financing option - I will have all the rewards and 10% saving processed in full.

I double confirmed his statement with him, and I decided to purchase the telephone approx, USD 1,400.00, and decided to purchase additional insurance plan approximately USD 200,00.
As these rewards/ and 10% saving promised are still not apearing on my BEST BUY account I thought that these will be available once I receive the credit card, physicaly. Recently I received the credit card (20 days passed since my purchase date 09/25/2020 19:49), and I am writing to you in order to follow up the issue.
Please take a note that I decided to execute my purchase solely based on the information shared by BEST BUY employee.
All communications, if that is option, should be visible as recorded on cameras inside the SOHO shop. You have exact time, on the bill, and the store no. shared above.

Thank you for posting on our forum for support. Our financing and rewards options are pretty sweet, and I'm glad you decided to make your cell phone purchase at Best Buy and take advantage of these. Any purchase applied to a promotional financing offer won't qualify for points. Our members can choose between standard financing and points or promotional financing and zero points when using a My Best Buy Credit Card.
