Hi, about a month ago I received an offer from Bestbuy saying" earn a $50 reward certificate, when you spend $200 or more in BestBuy.com on 7/31/2020.  I did make $200 purchase, but never received that $50 certificate. I do have the original email with the offer, and also you can see in my account the purchase that exceeded the $200.

Generally speaking, so long as the email offer in the account was activated and the purchase met the spend and location qualifications of the promotion, we would typically expect that the certificate would be posted within four weeks of meeting the spend requirement.
