Missing reward points

Hi, few weeks ago I posted a survey on Bestbuy.com for my purchase, and I was supposed to receive 25 points in reward and I haven't received anything yet. Could you please check for me

I find product reviews to be helpful when trying to make those tougher purchase decisions, so I try to return the favor by submitting my own product reviews.  Our rewards members that submit product reviews, which are then published on BestBuy.com, can receive 25 bonus points with maximum of 200 bonus points per calendar year.  It can generally take up to 20 days after a product review has been published for the bonus points to officially post.

 

Has your product review been published on BestBuy.com?  Has it been 20 days since the product review was published? If you answered yes to both of those questions, then feel free to send me a private message by clicking on the blue button found in my signature, and I'll take a closer look at your rewards account.  Please make sure to include your name, phone number, and email address.
