On 1/21/19 I purchased a new TV. I went online and noticed I did not receive reward points for the TV purchase. I did receive reward points for another purchase on the same day. I tried your the Report Missing Points link but that said the points had been credited to a different account. I called customer service twice to have this resolved. I was told the points were added to a different account but they would merge that account into my account and I would get my points back. I still have not received my points. I don't know what account they were credited to, I have never had a second rewards account. Please credit my account for my missing points.

Second to purchasing a quiet dishwasher, a new TV is hard to beat. I purchased one a few weeks back and wish I had sooner. They can also result in a fair amount of points. If while trying to report your TV as missing our system said it was already attached to a rewards account, then it could mean that you have more than one rewards account. After a quick review, it would appear you have had two active rewards accounts for a couple years.
A merge can easily fix that though. Any points or certificates in the secondary rewards account will transfer over to the primary rewards account following the merge.
