I cancelled an order where I used a non-bonus reward certificate. Normally I receive these points back within an hour or two of cancelling the order. It has been several days now and I have not received the points back. Could someone look into it, please?

It can take up to three days to see points returned to your account after an order cancellation. It sounds like you've been waiting longer than that, so I'm happy to take a look at your account and review this. You mentioned it was not a bonus certificate, but it may be listed in the certificate's terms and conditions that it's for one time use. Either way, I'd like to look into this!
