I have made two purchases recently, and I have not seen the reward points added to my account from either of them. I tried to report the missing points through bestbuy.com, but every time I try, I get the "An unexpected error has occurred" message. I did not finance them, they were both made through bestbuy.com. Can anyone help get the points added to my account please?

Greetings, Toshi, and welcome to the Best Buy forum!
Each point counts when trying to earn that next certificate, and the best way to ensure your eligible purchases are awarded points is by making sure they are properly attached to your rewards account. Luckily, we have a tool online that allows for members to report purchases not already attached to a rewards account as "missing." I've used that tool on several occasions to report some of my own purchases; however, it looks like the tool is giving you an error message.
There are a few reasons why you may encounter an error when trying to report a purchase. If the purchase is more than 180 days old, already attached to a rewards account, or was processed prior to enrolling in the My Best Buy program. You'll also want to make sure the details you are entering when reporting the purchase match exactly. Please double check and try reporting it again, and if you still have trouble, then send me a private message with the below details, and I'll see what i can do to help.
