You should get second chance to utilize the points that help create a non-bonus certificate if the order the certificate was applied to ended up getting cancelled. As you may read in other threads, it should generally take up to three days for a non-bonus certificates point value to repost to a member's reward account following a return or cancellation. If the order was cancelled a week ago, then I may need to intervene if ensure those points find their way back to your rewards account.
