I have made purchases throughout the year using reward certificates.
Some of those purchases were returned.
After some time I noticed that those returned items that I used certificates with, I did NOT get them back to my account.
2 calls, 3 online chats, and so far NOTHING has happened.
And the certificates are a couple hundred.
What do I have to do to get my certificates back??

I know that a purchase may not end up being exactly what you need and can understand wanting to get these certificates back. I'd be glad to give you some more details about how this process works.
In the event an order is returned or cancelled, most My Best Buy certificates will be returned to your account within three days. This does not include bonus or promotional certificates as they do not have a point value. You can learn more here.
How recently did you you make these returns? If you'd like, I can review your My Best Buy account history to make sure these returns were processed correctly.
