Missing reward certificate

Hi, I used $105 in reward certificates for an order and one item in that order was canceled (by BestBuy because they oversold their inventory) and I was not refunded the partial reward certificates that were used on the item. The item was canceled on November 18th, so points should have been refunded by now.

I know how great it is to use rewards towards a purchase, so I can imagine your concern now that you haven't seen your certificates returned to you by now. I'm happy to shed light on how our reward certificates work when it comes to a situation like yours. For regular certificates, those should post back to your account within three days of your return (as it sounds like you're aware).


On the other hand, bonus/promotional certificates are intended to be one-time use coupons. No points are awarded for these certificates, so when the points are credited for most certificates, there is nothing to be returned for promotional ones.
