How do I get my points credited to me?

Hey, Marciaha!

Thank you for reaching out on our Forums regarding your points!  You can follow the steps below to report missing points. 

• Login to BestBuy.com.
• Click on Hi, Your Name
• Click on Manage your rewards
• Click on Report Missing Points under Your Rewards
• Select either BestBuy.com or Best Buy Store
• Enter the Customer Service Pin number and receipt total off the receipt for store purchases OR order number, billing zip code, and order total for online orders.
• Click the button that says Report Missing Points

When I put info in...got error message. An unexpected error occurred

And there is no place to say it's for a review so where do I put it so its not confused with purchase points?
