Missing "Promotional" Certificate

I received an email on 3/11/21 titled "Your My Best Buy membership is ready for you" that had section in the body that stated "Here's a $10 My Best Buy reward certificate on us. All week I have not been able to get this mysterious certificate to show up on any potential purchase (just my existing reward certificate was available). per the terms, it should be valid through today, but at the time of this message, it still does not show in my account. Any thoughts on what the issue is?

Welcome to our community! I love taking advantage of any reward certificates I have, and I can understand you wanting to check on this promotional certificate before it expires. If you haven't already, I would suggest clearing the cache and cookies on the device you are accessing this from, and re-signing in when you can to see if this may populate that certificate.
