Missing purchase information and rewards points

I have made several purchases I have not seen in my history and I missed out on point. The latest ones were 2 purchases made recently at the store for more than $1000. I have the receipts. How can I make sure those finally show and I get the rewards for them.

Each eligible purchase can play an important role, especially when a single point can be what stands between you and that next certificate.  That's why it's important to make sure each purchase is attached to your rewards account.  Do you see a rewards ID displayed on each of your receipts?  I'm wondering if your purchases just aren't attached to your rewards account, and if they aren't attached, then you can try reporting them as "missing" on BestBuy.com.  There is a limit though of one reported purchase per member per calendar month.

 

I've provided a link to a guide below that will walk you through how to report a purchase.  If you have any trouble reporting a purchase, or if there is a rewards ID displayed on your receipt but you still don't see the purchases in your rewards history, then please feel free to send me a private message and I'll take a closer look at your rewards account.
