I'm missing points for the current promotion of "10% back in rewards on monthly payments 1/1/22 to 3/31/22". On 3/13 it issued points for 1 of them but 0 points for my 170.75 pmnt. The points were issued fine in January and February with just the issue from March.

Thanks for posting here on the Best Buy Forums! I can certainly understand where you are coming from, as I enjoy earning rewards when I can as well. It sounds like you are referring to a promotion related to your My Best Buy Credit Card, correct? In some cases, offers like this can take up to five weeks to populate after the criteria are met.  

Citibank, N.A. is the issuer of your My Best Buy Credit Card account, so we are unable to access your account to review this with you. Please call Best Buy Credit Card support through Citibank at (888) 574-1301 or tweet them at @AskCiti for assistance with this.

It is with my best buy credit card but you can see my points history and what/when they were issued in my best buy rewards. All the other points were issued like they were supposed to except this one time and it shows 0 points from that particular payment but was issued in January and February just fine. I've went through Citi Bank before and they never know what to tell me but to go through best buy about it instead.

It has nothing to do with my credit card account but points that should be in my Best Buy rewards

I called Citi and again they told me this has nothing to do with my credit card account. These are points issued to the 'My Best Buy account' associated with the card and that's as far as Citi goes with it. They told me again to go through best buy, since these are best buy points redeemed at best buy in my best buy rewards account.
You don't need to access my credit card account but you should have access to my rewards account, through best buy, to see where these points should have been issued.
If you tell me to go through Citi and they tell me to go through Best Buy them what am I supposed to do?
