I made a few purchase back in 3/M with joining BestBuy Card member. The points showed to be posted after the purchase but they were totally gone in 3/30. Why take them away?

It looks like you made a pretty significant purchase with us back on March 15, so seeing all of your rewards deducted would be a cause for concern. As it sounds like you may be new to our program, I would be happy to share some insight.
When you shop with us, you may receive points for purchases which post to your membership in 15-20 days. Once enough points are accrued, your points may be automatically converted to reward certificates. As a My Best Buy Core member, the certificate preference amounts are typically $5, $10, or $20. This determines the minimum certificate amount that may be issued. If you are an Elite or Elite Plus member (statuses obtained by spending $1500 or $3500 respectively), you will then have the option of banking your points, which allows you to save your points and issue certificates as you desire. Please keep in mind that the certificate preference is automatically set to $5 regardless of tier level, so should you like to change this, you would want to log into BestBuy.com and visit your Rewards page.
Once a certificate is issued, it is typically valid for 60 days, unless otherwise noted. Once the certificate expires, we’re generally unable to reissue them. We do our best to make our customers aware a certificate has been issued, as we send out email notifications that include the expiration date. As emails may be filtered, overlooked, or even blocked though, we recommend members manage their rewards from BestBuy.com, where certificates can be viewed as well. Based on the details you've shared, it appears that $205 in rewards were issued on March 30 when the points posted. Given the typical 60 day redemption period, these likely expired at the end of May.
