I helped merge a couple reward accounts for you on Monday. Rather than creating a new thread, you could have replied to the private message regarding the merge. Just as an FYI going forward. As far as the iMac, you are not going to be able to report a purchase as "missing" if it s already attached to a rewards account. It was originally attached to the secondary rewards account, which is why you are not seeing it now. While active points and certificates will transfer following a merge, you are unlikely to see any purchase history transfer.
It would appear the purchases spend total did transfer as it is currently reflected in your current spend total for the 2018 calendar year. The reason why it may not appear as any points have transferred or are pending is because the purchase did not qualify for points. I am showing that you applied the iMac to a promotional financing offer for 18 months, which would not qualify for points. The purchase would still count towards you reaching Elite and Elite Plus status though. In fact, it looks like the purchase did help you reach Elite Plus status.
With that all having been said, the merge was processed correctly and the iMac is properly attached.
