I have going back and forth with bestbuy associates regarding my missing rewards points for over a month now an still no resolution. To start, since you folks changed your rewards program, it was noticed that I had multiplie accounts and a merge was requested. Merge was completed on 7/1/22 and still no points received. A best buy rep did a customer satisfaction point adjustment to my account of 44 points an still did not reflect in my balance. A supervisor escalated to the rewards points department and still not resolved. I am still missing 44, 2, and 47 points. What is going on? Why can't best buy get this fixed?
I just ordered a TV and a monitor and will I receive points for these purchases? I have been such a loyal best buy member and this is insane. I am still waiting for a manager to call me.

As someone who enjoys receiving rewards as well, I can understand the concern in not receiving yours and wanting to take advantage of them. I will be more than happy to take a look into your account and see what I can find out. I want to be able to get this resolved for you!

I apologize for the delayed response, as I have been off. I do see where the pending amount of points is 875. I see where the 109 points have been added so I am not sure why it is not reflecting on your end. Please allow me some time to reach out to a few colleagues to see if they are able to advise on how to get those pushed through.

I was just informed that points can be in pending status from 15-20 days after the purchase. If it hits 20 days and they're still in pending, I can reach out to further support for assistance.
