Missing points

Hello and let me start by saying thank you for staying open during this crisis.
So due to some inventory issues the staff was able to get the item I wanted, but had to take my card and ring it up inside the store. So my account was not tied to the purchase.
I attempted to use report missing points but encountered an error.
Would I be able to provide info here for my purchase ie customer service pin, account ect, to get credited for the purchase?

It's great to hear you're utilizing our Curbside Pickup to shop in stores during these challenging times. With that said, I understand your membership may not have been added to the purchase. Generally speaking, you should be able to utilize our Report Missing Points tool to add purchases. 


How Do I Report Missing My Best Buy™ Points?
