Missing points pharmacy and drug store promo

Hello,

I am missing points from a promo that I activated and was valid from 9/1/20 - 12/31/20 in which I was to receive 10% in rewards on pharmacy purchases. I made a pharmacy purchase on 12/11/20 of $100.00 and I have not yet received the points. I still have the receipt for the purchase as well as the email for the promo. Please help!!

Welcome back to our community forums. Getting My Best Buy points is always a great thing, getting My Best Buy points as a bonus for purchases is even better! I appreciate you writing to us about this promotion and would be glad to provide some additional details on when you should see these points.

 

Generally, these points will be added to your account within 45 days after the promotion period has ended. These points may also not appear as pending when checking your My Best Buy account. Since this is still some time left, I would recommend keeping an eye on your My Best Buy account for these points to arrive.

 

If you don't see these points by mid February, please feel free to let me know. I would be glad to review your My Best Buy account. Please let me know if you need any assistance in the meantime!

I am updating this thread to report that the points for this promotion have still not yet posted to my account and it is now beyond the 45 day time frame.
