I purchased something quite some time ago (April 16th 2020) and after reviewing my points history, I have noticed that I did not receive any points for that purchase. Can someone help me with getting points for the purchase? It is a pretty sizeable amount (1315 points by my calculation, since I also used the Best Buy credit card to purchase). I tried to use the "missing points report" feature through my account, but it only gives me errors. Note that this was an online order that was for in-store pickup of an item that was in-stock locally at my local Best Buy. Please let me know what information I can provide (order number, date, etc) related to my account in order to receive these points.

Since the purchase you described occurred more than 180 days ago, this may be preventing you from reporting its missing points.
