Missing points from purchase

I am missing points from this purchase although it is showing in my reward history. However, my balance is zero right now. Could you please check it?

Welcome back to our forums, and congrats on the new Samsung Galaxy Watch purchase!  I’ve been thinking about getting a smartwatch for a while now, and have been leaning towards something similar to what it looks like you’ve purchased with us.
