Missing points for qualifying purchases

Received a sweet deal on Oct, 03 "Choose your category and earn 5% back in rewards". Selected "Wholesale", made a lot of qualifying purchases, but didn't get 5% points on any of them.

Accoring to BestBuy rewards history, got only 1% in points from those purchases for both October and November.

1st qualifying purchase was made Oct, 3.
