Missing points for product reviews

Hi,  I posted more than 8 product reviews a couple of weeks ago in January 2023. I have not received any of the 200 points.

 

I have received notifications that my reviews were approved and have verified my reviews is posted on the product page. In previous years, the points posted or was adding to pending total within days... so the delay is odd. Anyone else has encountered this or can help? thanks!
