I have the Best Buy Visa and I have been an Elite member for many years. I spend thousands of dollars most months but I noticed for a few months, even though I spend thousands of dollars, I only have a few points for those months. The site doesn't allow you to report missing points for non-best buy in-store or online points.
One issue seems to be "Visa Statement Summary (outside Best Buy)" has the wrong value. For instance, 8/3/2020 (closing) shows I spent $35.16 for the month on my Visa and I was issued 17 points for "Grocery bonus (additional 1%)". My credit card statement for that month states "Purchases +$9,105.69" for 8/3/2020 closing. How is that possible? Similar situation for 6/3/2020 and 7/3/2020.
