I purchased a home theater system from Best Buy. The Sales guy was able to make all the purchases from the regular terminal but he had to use a separate Magnolia terminal for the projector and cables. It has been 3 weeks since, the purchase and neither rewards points nor the order shows up on my account. What should I do?
