Missing point promotion

Hello, back in January i activated an 11% point promotion but realized i never saw an addition of extra points on my account for any of the purchases. Do you think you could help clarify the situation? Thank you.

Thank you for reaching back out to us here on our forum for support. I'm sure you've been looking forward to seeing these promo points added to your account, and as an Elite Plus member, receiving 11% back is a pretty sweet bonus! Typically, these points should show up three to four weeks after the promotion ends. There was a delay in this particular offer, and the bonus points should have posted in early March. But, these points may be post-dated to when the offer started and may be displayed as such in your rewards history.
