Missing magnolia points

I purchased a new Sonos amp at the end of December and I am missing the points. I understand it takes approximately 30 days for the points to appear. As this timeframe has elapsed, can someone please help me with this issue.

The Magnolia section can be an intimidating place, especially when some of the prices are higher.  It reminds me of when I was a kid going shopping with my mom and being told to not touch anything.  I tend to stand outside of Magnolia looking in.  As you mentioned, it can generally take up to 30 days for points from an eligible Magnolia or Pacific Sales purchase to officially post.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below and I will take a closer look at your rewards account.  A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button found in my signature.
