Thank you for your continued patience! I wanted to let you know our support teams are still working towards fixing the certificate balance issue. I'll follow up again next week if I do not have an update before then.

I hope you are doing well! Our support teams are still working towards resolving this issue, but I am starting to see customer accounts impacted by this display issue update to reflect correctly. I will be sure to follow up with you next Monday!

I wanted to follow up with you regarding your certificate display issue. It appears your account is still experiencing some issues, but I haven't been given the all clear from our support teams yet, so they're still working towards resolving all accounts experiencing this.
