Hi there, I seem to be having an issue. I was planning to use my $5 certificate on an order, but it got cancelled due to an unrelated credit card issue I was dealing with. Problem is that my account seems to think it was used despite the fact that no actual order went through. Is there any way to get the rewards reinstated?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your My Best Buy reward certificate. When applied to an order, it would correctly be marked as redeemed. However, upon cancellation, most certificates should have their points credited back to your membership so a new certificate may be issued within just a couple of days. If you have any questions or don't see this credited, please let us know!
