Missing card member appreciation from 12/1

I received an email for a scratch and reveal on 12/1 that was spend 250, recieve $25 in rewards.  I have no received the $25 yet.  I feel like everyime there is a promo like this, I always have to reach out and ask for the reward, rather than it being automatically applied.

Same for me not sure why it doesn't go through automatically.  Place my order on the dec 1 when I got the offer still nothing.
