have made two purchases recently, and I have not seen the reward points added to my account from one of them. I tried to report the missing points through bestbuy.com, but every time I try, I get the "An unexpected error has occurred" message.
I did not finance them, they were both made through bestbuy.com, and neither were any discluded products.
Both of these orders were made on 4/20 within an hour of each other and I received points for one but not the other. I've tried using the chat feature but I've been given a million different answers that don't make sense such as:
