Missing Rewards Points

I had received numerous rewards opportunities over the past two months and I have yet to receive any points for them. I had been sent an offer back at the tail end of August to spend $150 outside of the store on the card to get $25 in the store and I had done so and still do not have the points after the 3 to 4 weeks as promised. I know that some of the newer offers still have time left, but I have had issues before in getting these rewards added and I would like to not have to go through posting on here every time to get them applied. Thank you for any help or insight in advance.

Thank you for stopping by our community forums again. It's always great to have a My Best Buy certificate and I'm sure you're eager to receive this. I would be happy to see how I can best assist you.


As you mentioned, it can take up to four weeks for these certificates to post to your account. Since it's been longer than that, I would like to take a closer look at your My Best Buy account to see what options I have available to assist you.
